Warranty Replacement Policy
All electrical products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.
Customers who have purchased the optional 1-year extension enjoy a total warranty period of 3 years.
If any electrical component of your device is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will provide a free replacement of the product.
Please note that the warranty does not cover:
Physical or accidental damage to the product
Normal wear and tear from regular use
Damage resulting from improper, incorrect, or negligent use

You will receive an automatic response. Please reply to that message with a video clearly showing the issue—for example, showing that the product does not turn on, fails to charge, or is not functioning as intended.
If video proof cannot be provided, we may ask you to send the product back for inspection at our warehouse.
âš Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.
Only requests that meet all the above requirements will be eligible for warranty replacement.
